Mark your calendars for Colorado Gives Day, December 6, 2011. 

On Colorado Gives Day, all donations made to Denver Kids, Inc. through our account on GivingFirst (http://www.givingfirst.org/denverkidsinc) will be increased by an incentive fund (provided by 1st Bank).  In addition to increasing your donation, you also provide Denver Kids, Inc. a chance at winning Bonus Bucks and High Five prizes.

• Bonus Bucks: every hour, the staff at GivingFirst.org randomly select a donation made that hour. Whichever organization to donation was made to automatically receives an additional $1,000 in Bonus Bucks from the Colorado Gives Day incentive fund.
• High Five: There are five categories organizations are competing for in the High Five competition: the most dollars raised, have the most donors, most dollars raised through a Fundraising Page, and largest percent increase in donations over 2010 Colorado Gives Day. The winner of each category will receive an additional $5,000 from the Colorado Gives Day incentive fund.

• Go to http://www.givingfirst.org/denverkidsinc
• Click Donate Now
• enter the donation amount
• Is this a recurring donation, enter yes (even though it's not, this is how you set up your Dec 6th donation)
• First installment date: enter 12/06/2011
• When should this donation end: enter 12/06/2011
• Enter any special instructions in the comments section
• Click Add to Cart
• Follow the rest of the instructions
